The South African Chief of Staff Association - SACOSA - exists to advance the Chief of Staff profession in South Africa through community, standards, and executive development - empowering Chiefs of Staff to drive organisational impact at the highest levels.
As part of this mission, SACOSA will launch the Chartered Chief of Staff designation — COS(SA) — in Q4 of 2025. This first-of-its-kind, proudly South African qualification will recognise strategic leadership and operational excellence in this critical role.
